Introduction
The instrument is designed specifically for battery packs for checking discharge experiment, capacity tests, battery pack routine maintenance, project acceptance, and other DC power load capacity tests. The power consumption of the instrument use the new PTC ceramic resistance as a discharge load, completely avoid the red hot phenomenon, safe, reliable and no pollution.

Features
1. PTC ceramic resistance is used to avoid red-hot phenomenon and make the whole discharge process safer.
2. It has the function of wireless communication. The communication between the wireless acquisition box and the main discharging machine and the PC monitor is carried out by wireless mode. Simplified wiring, flexible and convenient.
3. The wireless acquisition box can monitor each battery and realize the complete monitoring of the discharge process of the battery pack.
4. Equipment installation, debugging and maintenance are simple. Isolation technology is used before and after each acquisition module, which has high security and reliability.
5. The monitoring system of PC can monitor the whole discharge process in real time, analyze the data of total voltage, discharge current and individual battery voltage, and generate corresponding data reports. Visual response to battery performance curve, graphics, reports, etc., and can print, query.
6. With USB interface, the data of discharge process can be stored in U disk and imported into PC. PC data management software can analyze the process of battery discharge and generate corresponding data reports. Make data transfer more convenient.
7. Intelligent single-chip ARM control, LCD display in English and Chinese. The menu operation is simple and clear.
8. Automatic protection function, set the discharge time to, discharge capacity to; battery voltage below the set minimum protection voltage; abnormal load connection, etc., automatically stop discharging and alarm, while automatically recording the shutdown mode.
9. Test/discharge termination conditions can be set, including cell voltage, battery pack termination voltage, discharge current and discharge time.
10. The battery capacity can be estimated by short-term discharge (10 minutes).
11. The discharge of each battery during the test/discharge process can be recorded, mainly including the total capacity of the battery pack, the total voltage, the total current and the change of the voltage of the single battery with the lowest voltage
